Shipping

All our international orders are delivered for a flat international rate that you will get to know at checkout. We do not export to countries like India, Indonesia, Singapore, or any other country because nicotine export is prohibited in these places. Your contact details like address and telephone number, must be correct in your account profile. Orders that do not include correct phone numbers will be delayed and may not be delivered.

You must know about the following shipping policy:

  • We are providing FREE SHIPPING with purchases over $100 within the United States.

  • Any orders from Canada will ship at a flat standard international rate.

  • We may not be able to accept orders from numerous states as we are still in the onboarding process with new regional carriers.

  • If the regional carriers find your zip code is unserviceable, a quick refund will be issued. At the Awesome Vape Store, we are working with our service providers to incorporate a search by zip code shipping tool for verifying your address.

SHIPPING TIMES

As per our shipping policy, all orders will take 24 to 48 hours of processing time apart from the shipping times. Most of the orders that are received by 4:00 p.m. Arizona’s time will be shipped the same day. Shipping times may vary from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location. At the moment, express or priority delivery is not available.

We would also like to inform you that any delay in the delivery due to the shipping volume, bad weather, or any other such obstacles is beyond the control of the Awesome Vape Store. We will make every possible effort to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Any delivery confirmation that is provided by the carrier is believed to be sufficient as proof of delivery. If any circumstances arise where a return is required, you must know that the shipping fees, which include an adult signature fee, are non-refundable.

If the shipment is not delivered within 10 business days from the time the order was placed, check the tracking information. You can also contact the carrier directly. If the issue with the carrier is not resolved, you may submit an inquiry through our shipping agent.
